Chaos of Cogby ~ChardwolfArmory

Artisan Crafts / Jewelry / Necklaces & Pendants

I made this Chaos symbol in a cog for my friends birthday.
The cog is aircraft aluminum, the domed copper chaos symbol is out of jewelers copper. They were riveted together with aluminum tig welding rods.

everything done by hand.

1: Steps, drawn out with felt marker
2: Center punched areas and drilled
3: Cut out area's with a jewelers saw and 3 ought blades
4: center punched rivet holes with 1/8 bit
5: cut out aluminum rivets put in hole and hammered to hold pieces together
6: matched outside teeth of cog by filing and sanding.

Thank you, in truth origanally it was entirely one piece of aluminum but i broke the center out of it when i was doming it, it was a real shame because the original center was much much better.
